Twenty allows Shareholders to rent their apartments, subject to conditions including supplying completed, relevant information and an interview of all prospective tenants by the Board or its nominated delegate, before they take up residence. Please note some forms of renting are not permitted, such as executive leasing and other forms of short stay accommodation, sub-letting and so on.  Full details are set out in the company’s Rental Policy and Guidelines (Rental Policy).

Prospective tenants must agree to abide by the House Rules and sign some Additional Clauses as part of the rental lease.
